In early 2021, a new progressive house project emerged in the electronic dance music scene. It is called AUDIO MONKEY, and it quickly caught the attention of music enthusiasts around the world.

The mastermind behind AUDIO MONKEY is a well-known German producer, composer, musician, remixer and DJ. With a career spanning over several decades, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Depeche Mode, Kate Bush, Dave Gahan, and Enigma, among many others. He has produced and remixed numerous tracks for these artists, which have been widely acclaimed by fans and critics alike.

His experience and creativity are evident in the unique sound he creates as AUDIO MONKEY, which combines elements of different electronic styles, ranging from trance and melodic techno to deep and progressive house.

Born in Duesseldorf, Germany, the hometown of the legendary ‘KRAFTWERK’ he has witnessed the emergence of electronic dance music. In 2003 the artist moved to Ibiza to further develop his career. It was there that he began to work on the AUDIO MONKEY project in 2020. The idea was to create a sound that would combine the
energy of progressive house with the artist's unique style. In October 2022, AUDIO MONKEY released his debut single, ‘Rise’ on BluFin Records.

The track was an instant hit, quickly climbing the Beatport charts and peaking at # 8 in the progressive house category. At the beginning of February, ‘Rise - The Remixes’ have been released – both releases are perfect showcases of AUDIO MONKEY’s signature sound - a combination of soaring melodies, driving basslines, soaring synths and intricate rhythms which have captured the attention of electronic dance music fans around the world. After the success of ‘Rise’ AUDIO MONKEY is now working on new productions to be released this year. AUDIO MONKEY has won multiple music awards over the course of his career, including gold and platinum CDs and 3 Echo Music Awards, which are a testament to his talent and dedication. His music continues to inspire and excite fans around the world, earning widespread acclaim from fans and critics in the electronic dance music scene.
In addition to his production work, AUDIO MONKEY also hosts a monthly radio show on Ibizaliveradio.com, where he plays the latest and greatest in electronic dance music. It has become a popular destination for fans of the genre and has helped to spread the word about AUDIO MONKEY.
