Ibiza’s Bold New Superclub Has Arrived — And It’s Wild

[UNVRS]

Ibiza just changed the game — again.

On May 30, 2025, something massive crash-landed on the White Isle. Quite literally. A spaceship-shaped sculpture marked the entrance to [UNVRS], Ibiza’s newest (and possibly boldest) nightlife venture, and what happened inside is already echoing across dance floors worldwide.

Welcome to [UNVRS Ibiza], the island’s futuristic clubbing cathedral — an arena-sized, multisensory rave universe designed to push the boundaries of what a nightclub can be.

A Club Built From Myth, Music, and Madness

Conceived by The Night League — the team behind Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza — and helmed by nightlife architect Yann Pissenem, [UNVRS] isn’t just a venue. It’s a myth reborn: a fictional club lost in time, re-emerging centuries later to rewrite the rules of nightlife.

Set against the backdrop of Ibiza’s natural soul — stone, light, and sky — [UNVRS] blends raw textures of an Ibizan finca with brutalist design, art deco curves, and retro-futurist sci-fi edge. Think of it as Berghain meets Burning Man by way of Blade Runner.

A Club with Cosmic Intentions

[UNVRS] isn’t messing around. From the moment you walk in — past a spaceship sculpture literally embedded in the venue’s entrance — you know you're entering something with scale and purpose. The main room features a custom L-Acoustics rig, 12-meter-high glass windows, immersive LED systems, aerial performers, and a monumental kinetic sculpture known as the “Tree of Life” centerpiece under the iconic dome.

It’s part sculpture, part arena, and very much a club.

Designed with both sound and show in mind, [UNVRS] doesn’t just cater to the Instagram crowd — it’s also built to deliver exceptional acoustics and a serious dancefloor experience. The architecture is bold and brutalist with hints of retro-futurism and sci-fi theatre — but the dancefloor is pure sweat and bass.

One Night. One Launch. 15000 Partygoers.

From the first beat dropped by Carista — Tornado Wallace’s “Bitter Suite (Symphony Mix)” — the club erupted into a marathon of heat, sweat, light, and rhythm. The debut lineup? Absolute fire:

  • Adam Ten B2B Mita Gami
  • Ahmed Spins
  • Carl Cox B2B Jamie Jones
  • Joseph Capriati B2B The Martinez Brothers
  • Michael Bibi
  • Salomé Le Chat

As the sun rose over Ibiza, the 12-meter glass walls opened, flooding the room with light while Michael Bibi laid down the final sunrise set. Epic doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Wild Comet, The Secret Within — Continuing a Legendary Tradition

If you’ve been to Hï Ibiza, you’ll know that hidden bathroom dancefloors are part of the culture. [UNVRS] builds on that legacy with Wild Comet — a microclub located behind the main floor, tucked deep inside the venue’s restroom zone. But this isn’t just a cheeky side room. It’s a fully engineered, sound-treated space with its own DJ booth, lighting rig, and programming.

During the opening, S.A.M., KOKO, Pascal Moscheni B2B Frankybeats, and Paul Reynolds kept the energy high in what felt like a secret, high-intensity hideaway. It’s intimate, raw, and totally essential — a room for the heads inside one of the most ambitious venues in Europe.

Sound, Light & Production at Full Throttle

Lighting designer Romain Pissenem and his High Scream crew brought a festival-grade visual language into the club format. [UNVRS] features a production setup that rivals main stages worthy of a Stadium Tour. Think kinetic lighting, laser choreography, modular LED sculptures, and choreographed smoke bursts. It’s overwhelming in the best way — designed to enhance the set, not distract from it.

Everything is in service to the music — from the LED capsules rising like stairs to the sky, to the kinetic lasers that map out paths through the room. This is next-gen club production — flexible, immersive, and reactive.

Open-Air Euphoria

Step outside and the energy shifts. [UNVRS] balances its darker, techier interior with two beautiful outdoor spaces. Gravity Garden gives you a lush nature, ambient escape vibes. Sky Deck with city views over Ibiza Town and glimpse of Formentera. Whether you’re cooling off or zoning out mid-set, these spaces feel like a breath of fresh air — literally.

One thing that stood out? The food. The club partnered with cult Spanish burger crew Vicio to offer something totally different — including crispy chicken fingers with caviar. Gourmet street food meets late-night rave crave, and somehow... it works.

A Whole Summer of This? Yes, Please.

[UNVRS] is going full-season with a blend of global powerhouses, melodic minds, and party brands.

Here’s what’s locked in for summer 2025:

  • Eric Prydz – Holosphere 2.0 | Mondays (June 2 – Sept 1)
  • Anyma | Tuesdays (July 8 – Aug 26)
  • Jamie Jones presents Paradise: Sands of Solaris | Wednesdays (June 18 – Oct 1)
  • FISHER | Thursdays (June 5 – Sept 25)
  • David Guetta – Galactic Circus | Fridays (June 13 – Oct 3)
  • elrow | Saturdays (June 7 – Oct 4)
  • Carl Cox | Sundays (June 22 – Sept 21)
  • ANOTR – Exclusive show (June 15)
  • Sara Landry – Exclusive show (Sept 29)

Whether you’re chasing melodic techno, peak-time house, euphoric trance, or big-room madness, the calendar’s got every angle covered.

What Makes It Different?

[UNVRS] doesn’t reinvent Ibiza — it amplifies it. It pulls from the roots, but delivers something built for now — a future-facing venue with infrastructure designed for immersive shows, sonic clarity, and proper club culture.

It's modular, versatile, and ready to scale up or down depending on the artist. It’s rave-ready, VIP-capable, and performance-tuned.

Is [UNVRS] the future of clubbing? Possibly. It’s definitely one of the most ambitious nightlife builds Ibiza has seen in the past decade — combining spectacle and sound design without losing touch with the dancefloor.

At its best, [UNVRS] invites you into a world where light and rhythm are fully alive, where each room has its own gravitational pull, and where you lose track of time in all the right ways.

As the sun rises, the floor clears, and the lights fade, one thing is clear: Ibiza 2025 has officially begun, in a scene full of polished superclubs and disposable pop-ups, [UNVRS] has weight. And if the opening night is anything to go by, it's not just here to compete — it’s here to lead.
